Description:

　　follow up with quality control from day shift

　　complete box checks

　　control the clean-up and swabbing of product

　　will be the 2nd in command when the supervisor is gone or not available (20 employees on night)

　　will be on floor 50% of the shift when running checks, other 50% will be in the office

　　Hours:

　　7:00 pm - 7:00 am 5-6nights/weekAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

　　certification in SQF and HACCP

　　bilingual = preferred

　　1 year experience within food line/manufacturing
