Kelly Science is seeking an experienced Food Safety and Quality Practitioner for an exciting assignment with one of our partners in Saint Clair, MO.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　The SQF Practitioner oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of SQF Programs, Prerequisite Programs, and Food Safety Plans.

　　Responsibilities include maintaining Food Safety and Quality System programs, leading internal and external audits, managing corrective actions, and leading HACCP, Food Safety, Food Fraud, and Food Defense Teams.

　　The role ensures compliance with FDA, SQF, and safety standards, conducts training, monitors critical control points, and manages documentation.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　The position requires 3+ years of SQF/HACCP experience, relevant training, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and basic project management systems.

　　Critical skills include strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a commitment to food safety principles.
