Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.

　　SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am- approximately 3:15pm STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.25 with the potential of increasing to $16.50 after 90 daysPERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses

　　All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

　　Deboning Production

　　Utilizing a knife, inspecting and trimming defects without cutting off excess meat.Performing all job functions which would involve work related to deboning a turkey.Reworking any product that does not run through properly.Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.Requirements

　　Must be 18 years of ageAbility to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to tolerate a climate controlled environment.Summary
