Internship description

　　We are looking for an F&B Intern (in the Dining Room and/or Kitchen).

　　On the Dining Room side, your main activities will be :

　　-Welcome our customers.

　　-Actively participate in service follow-up: service and clearing of hot and cold drinks, service and clearing of food, knowledge of restaurant products and concept, order taking and follow-up of your order.

　　-Support the barman in preparing the various drinks (hot, cold and cocktails).

　　-Cashing in and closing tables.

　　-Follow service procedures, opening and closing the restaurant.

　　On the Kitchen side, your main activities will include :

　　-Prepare work plans and participate in various product set-ups.

　　-Take an active part in service, particularly in setting up and serving dishes.

　　-Apply HACCP and safety standards.

　　What are we looking for?
