Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56900 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Lead the team of mechanics with their daily responsibilities and ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training
Communicate with guests regarding any inquiries or issues with their snowmobile, and provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress
Conduct inventory checks of snowmobile and vehicle stock, and perform maintenance checks on all vehicles and snowmobiles
Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules and develop methods to decrease cost
Manage vehicle licensure and registration
Drive company vehicles as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a snowmobile and vehicle mechanic, and supervisory experience in a maintenance-related environment required.
Strong knowledge of technical vehicle and snowmobile repair procedures and proficient with tools and necessary materials common with the mechanic trade.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and regularly carry up to 70 pounds
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Physical ability to work in extreme weather at high elevations
