　　BASIC PURPOSE : The primary purpose of this position is to handle administrative tasks associated with the Love's truck/tire care vehicles and assist with the corporate fleet vehicles/pool cars.

　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Assist with title and registering vehicles

　　Help with renewing tags monthly

　　File paperwork

　　Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores

　　Help with toll violations

　　Other duties assigned as needed

　　EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

　　Education:

　　HS Diploma or equivalent required

　　Experience:

　　Previous fleet management experience preferred

　　SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

　　Skills:

　　Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office

　　Soft Skills: Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. the ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

　　Typical Physical Demands:

　　Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

　　Occasional lifting up to at least 50 pounds.

　　Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

　　Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

　　Work Schedule:

　　Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (you receive a 30-minute lunch break).
