You will be working with existing customers as well as identifyingnew business opportunities and establishing new accounts. You willdevelop sales plans around profitable sales acquisition usingnegotiation skills on new construction, tenant build-out, and servicecontracts. This position also serves as the team project leader duringwork acquisition and project execution while utilizing sales tools toplan and document progress of projects.
