The New York City School Construction Authority, Building Code Compliance (BCC) Division is recruiting for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in NY to be a Plan Examiner for Fire Alarms. Reporting directly to the Chief Plan Examiner, the candidate will review fire alarm plans and documents.

　　Familiarity with NYC Fire and Construction Codes is required.

　　Training will be provided, but candidates with an electrical background and familiarity with FDNY requirements for Fire Alarms are a MUST

　　MUST have NFPA 72 Standard

　　design and installation of fire alarms.

　　MUST be licensed in New York State

　　DOB Planning experience
