Aston Carter is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst for a short term contract with a company based in North Chicago, IL.

　　Description:

　　Responsible for maintaining and updating project and resource allocation spreadsheets dashboards and systems.

　　Complies with all time compliance and time entry guidelines.

　　Support identifying and reporting project variances to timeline budgets and deliverables across multiple small to medium/low complexity projects.

　　Help support simple stakeholder analysis matrix.

　　Strong Excel skills needed: formulas, formatting, etc. with ability to manipulate spreadsheets.

　　Coordinate on/off board of new resources into the Finance Systems Organization.

　　Help coordinate with team meetings and documenting minutes, decisions, and action items.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor of Science, pharma health care or regulated industry.

　　Some project management experience will be preferred.

　　Working and coordinating with various technology and business team.

　　Provides support and guidance to Finance business leads.
