　　Job Description:

　　We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Service Quoted Projects Administrator whose primary responsibility is to ensure the prompt and accurate coordination and administration of projects that have been quoted to customers at a fixed price.

　　The Service Quoted Projects Administrator will act as a gate keeper for all quoted work, proactively interacting with the sales team, service area managers, and the dispatch and billing teams to ensure that proposals are submitted timely and accurately, thus facilitating responsiveness to our customers’ requests.

　　This mandates a timely and thorough review of all submitted proposals to ensure they have received appropriate customer and service manager approvals, include supplier quotes and/or purchase orders as may be required, and provide supporting documentation prior to establishing the service request and/or purchase orders.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

　　Initiate a prompt and thorough review of all submitted proposals for accuracy and requisite approvals within a 24-hour SLA, in compliance with company policies and procedures.

　　After successful review, set up service requests and any required purchase orders, communicating the new quoted work to the appropriate service team members within the same 24-hour SLA.

　　Review submitted change requests for compliance, ensuring appropriate approvals prior to updating the service request in the system and communicating the change to the service team.

　　Maintain proper documentation of all paperwork and approvals related to quoted projects.

　　Perfo rm financial analysis of completed quoted projects.

　　Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions with the sales service teams as may appropriate, based on profitability of the project., identifying areas for improvement.

　　Being the gate keeping of who owns Quoted Projects for project management and execution.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety and quality standards.

　　Provide backup support for Service Contract Manager.

　　Qualifications:

　　3-5 years of experience in project administration or coordination

　　Proficient with Excel ; e xperience and aptitude for Financial Analysis

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills

　　Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

　　Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

　　Familiarity with construction or manufacturing industries a plus

　　Working Conditions: The Service Quoted Projects Administrator will primarily work in an office environment, with occasional visits to job sites or client locations
