The Financial Service Specialist, will provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to members when processing financial transactions; respond timely to member inquiries and requests; and seek out cross-sell opportunities based on member needs. This is a universal position that will allow you the ability to open new accounts, secure retail loans, process transactions and cross-sell products and services to meet member financial needs and increase member satisfaction.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or related college courses preferred.Two years' financial institution experience preferred, but not required.Must be able to obtain Credit Insurance License.FCCU Values:
