Description

　　Responsibilities:

　　Be the point of contact for customers by positively responding through effective communication and personal accessibility.

　　Run and present financial management reports, analyzing data to improve results.

　　Track all account spend and chargeable works against the relevant budgets, ensuring that all extra works have a valid customer purchase order in place.

　　Maintain the account web quote system, keeping all job statuses up to date and relevant information available.

　　Prepare various internal and customer-facing reports for the account, attending meetings and taking minutes.

　　Complete all customer billing, ensuring accurate margins and invoices raised in line with company and customer policies. Follow up for prompt payment of customer invoices.

　　Monitor Helpdesk activity, logging incoming queries in the CMMS system.

　　Coordinate the team and vendors to complete work orders as required, keeping customers informed and ensuring timely closure of work orders.
