Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Data Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks related to finance and accounting data analytics
Support Finance & Accounting by loading dashboards, particularly focused on Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis
Utilize Alteryx for data cleansing and transformation; Proficiency in Alteryx is a must
Utilize Power BI for maintaining existing dashboards; Experience with Power BI is a plus
Collaborate with the FP&A team to support business analysis, acquisitions, and revenue growth
Build and maintain business templates required for financial reporting and analysis
Understand and work with data warehouse solutions, including Redshift
5-8 years of experience in data analysis; Open to candidates with 3-5 years of experience
Strong expertise in Alteryx for data cleansing is essential
Possess technical skills for data querying and analysis
Proven understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L), gross profit, and financial reporting
Background in business analysis and ability to identify efficiencies and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a rapidly growing environment, especially with acquisitions
Strong executive presence and effective communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
Experience with Power BI for dashboard maintenance is desirable
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
If local to Saint Louis, you will have flexibility to work in the office on Mondays and Thursdays (8 am - 5 pm)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
