You'll drive and supervise daily operations of the branch to keep customer service running smoothly while promoting security and profitability. You'll be responsible for making sure branch and individual goals are met; day-to-day customer service; compliance with established policies and procedures relative to bank operations; security; human resource management; etc.You'll step in to provide coaching and assistance whenever it's needed. In addition, you'll also partner with other lines of business and have business development responsibilities.You'll be a coach, leader, mentor and role model. 　　Responsibilities

　　BRANCH HOURS:    • Monday-Friday: 9 am - 5 pm    • Saturday: 9 am - 12 pm (2-3 per month are required)POSITION INCLUDES:• Develop a strong knowledge of Univest'sconsumer andcommercial products and services• Motivate and coach staff to work as a team in order to achieve assigned goals• Develop and implement effective sales and acquisition strategies• Coach, evaluateand develop staff with career path and succession planning focus• Generate and maintain expected sales and performance goals• Monitor and maintain branch profitability• Identify and develop prospective leads for new business• Cultivate existing business relationships• Partnerwith other lines of business to formulate selling strategies for prospective and existing customers• Representthe bank in various civic and community functions• Expected to join and actively participate in at least one civicor non-profit organization• Expected to periodically participate in bank-sponsored events and community activities• Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct• Perform additional duties as required
