This role is hybrid in work schedule, will be a contract to hire assignment and offers a competitive starting hourly rate. Job details Location-Culver City, CA-Hybrid, in office 2-3 days per week Pay Rate-starting at $47.00/hr Length of contract-min 6 months This position supports the Global Brand & North America Finance and Business Management. The role will provide financial analysis and planning support in the area of sales reconciliations and reporting, opex management, monthly estimate and close, P&L analysis and reporting, budget & strategy development, and other special projects. Looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to learn and operate in a fast paced environment.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Manage month-end closing activities. Ensure all accruals are identified, verified and entered into the SAP G/L system. Ensure all other necessary entries are verified and entered. Work closely with the Brand teams, including Marketing, Commercial and Visual Merchandising, to monitor spend versus plan and estimate and ensure complete and accurate accounts

　　• Work closely with the Manager of Finance to compile, track, and maintain monthly estimate files, with a key focus on OPEX management. Partner closely with the commercial and marketing teams to compile the information to be utilized in the monthly estimate process and to ensure the accuracy of the monthly estimates

　　• Assist with the preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reports, including monthly performance reviews, risk and opportunities, variance analysis, retail sale reporting and ad hoc financial analysis

　　• Consolidate audited retail sales from multiple account managers, provide sales reports to upper management and upload sales data to FSM system

　　• Assist in the preparation of business cases for CAPEX projects and work with the Brands OneSource Partner to ensure complete and accurate reporting

　　• Provide support with annual budget, long range strategy, Purchasing process providing support on issue resolution and ad hoc presentations

　　• Provide support in all aspects relating to the financial planning and reporting for the global brand & NA Region, including any ad hoc reporting and analysis
