The position is responsible for:Support the Director of Operations FP&A and Director of Product FP&A in preparation and interpretation of monthly financial reporting including key metrics.Responsible for financial planning activities that yield accurate and strategic forecast, budget, and long range plans.Provide timely, relevant, and accurate analysis financial results of the business unit's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.Provide proactive support with business leaders to drive profitability, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators.Develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives and measure business drivers and trends.Implement and support ongoing financial reporting and forecasting tools driving new insights and efficienciesThe candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing work processes as well as support the team with ad hoc analysis and special projects.About YouThe ideal candidate is self-motivated and has strong analytical skills, finance, and accounting expertise.
