　　Job Description Summary

　　In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional businesspartners to provide analysis, reporting, fact-based recommendations andinsights that will assist in delivering against stated financial andperformance objectives. You will support the business unit\'s financeand sales leadership in multiple areas outlined below.

　　Provide comprehensive understanding of the various business driversof the business unit in assigned areasAssist with month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensurecompletion of assigned tasksCommunicate key financial and business drivers, identify risk andopportunities in a timely matterPlay a key role in SG&A and A&P analysis and reporting for thebusiness unitAssist Finance Manager with the development of the annual operatingplanProvide financial analysis and models for various requests (customeranalysis, volume/mix analysis, A&P ROI analysis, etc.)Provide proactive recommendations to sales and finance leadership toaid in decision-makingSupport the Foodservice marketing team to provide financial analysisand guidanceProvide additional analytical support for trade optimization andreportingProvide SG&A expense coding guidance for the BU, as well as guidanceto other cross-functional team members on POsOther duties as assignedBasic & Preferred Qualifications

　　Education/Experience:

　　Bachelor\'s degree in finance or accounting3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis and datamanagementSkills:

　　Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accountingprinciplesAbility to analyze and assimilate relevant data into key financialrecommendations.Ability to present complex financial data using detailed reports andchartsDemonstrate successful interpersonal and communication skills (bothverbal and written)Strong ability to think logically and analytically, problem-solve,and build consensusProficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,etc.)Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software tools preferredKnowledge of Power BI a plusAbility to manage multiple projects/priorities & work independentlyExperience effectively working across multiple departments tocomplete a project or resolve an organizational challengeAbility to self-motivate and excel under limited supervision in afast-paced environment; ability to deal with ambiguity, change and adynamic business environmentIndustry-Competitive Benefits
