Aon Is Looking For A Financial Analyst

　　This position will support Aon’s Affinity Insurance Services group in the AICPA Insurance Trust/AICPA Group Insurance Trust team within Financial Professionals. This position is based out of the Fort Washington, PA office and can have an in office, hybrid or 100% remote schedule.

　　Duties & Responsibilities

　　Responsible for the preparation of the monthly premium reports for the carrier and the client.

　　Preparation of monthly journal entries to support the financial statements for both Trusts.

　　Review and approve weekly return of premium proposals and coordinate the payment proposals with the Trustee.

　　Monthly monitoring of the Accounts Receivables for both Trusts and coordinating the necessary adjusting entries to resolve any policy level balance issues.

　　Business decision support.

　　Ad hoc reporting and analysis utilizing in house systems and databases.

　　Analyze, enhance, and automate current processes; identify and remediate gaps.

　　Document/update policies and procedures.

　　Identify trends and work with leadership to develop action plans.

　　Project support, including development input and user acceptance testing.

　　Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned.

　　Required Skills

　　Proven proficiency in excel spreadsheets, databases and/or financial software.

　　Ability to work with large datasets.

　　Basic understanding of accounting concepts.

　　Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal oriented and solve complex issues.

　　Possess excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.

　　Strong multi-tasker

　　Out of the box thinker, who can work independently with minimal supervision.

　　The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
