  Requirements

  Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional client service.Drive sales growth by closing deals, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Requirements:

  Proven experience in data-driven sales including building and managing a sales plan and pipeline, building and following a sales process, preferably in a distribution or related industry.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.Strong negotiation skills with a knack for closing deals.Proficiency in managing and working with data and in CRM tools (i.e. Hubspot) to build, manage and report:Sales forecasts -- using historical data and current pipeline to predict future sales trends, helping business allocate resources appropriately.Sales Process -- following a structured sales process, track progress and automate repetitive tasks.  Also tracking conversion rates and identifying bottlenecks in the sales process. Enhanced customer insights -- Using purchase history, preferences and interactions to best service the client and report to management. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges.At TGI Direct, we're passionate about data, growth, and building relationships.
