　　Survey performance to date and assess potential opportunities and risks

　　Collaborate with the Accounting team on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

　　Provide valuable foresight and decision support through effective Business Intelligence (BI)

　　Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution

　　Present and monitor forecasting reports

　　Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations

　　Possess the know-how and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

　　Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to see the proper execution of plans

　　Support Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting

　　Drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required

　　Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources Requirements

　　Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience preferable)

　　Good understanding of Budget Constraints

　　Account analysis experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

　　Knowledge of Account Records

　　Adeptness in Acquisitions strategy

　　Budget forecasting experience highly preferred

　　Comprehension of Build Automation Tools

　　Hands-on experience with Business Acumen

　　Proficiency in Accounting Theory

　　Earlier work involving Budget Processes

　　Background working with budgeting

　　Experience with accruals

　　Experience with Business Acquisition

　　Practical knowledge of Bid Specifications

　　Previous experience working with Budget administration

　　General familiarity with ADP Financial Services

　　Foundational knowledge in Accounting Systems

　　Build Tools experience highly valued

　　BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

　　Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system
