Description A fast-growing, dynamic team is working with Robert Half to find a Financial Analyst, who will be a key business partner in forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. Located in the Seattle, Washington, area, this Financial Analyst role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity. The strongest candidates for this Financial Analyst position will be able to conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. Your duties will also include advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support

　　Uncover the influencing factors that are driving performance and trends

　　Authenticate routine Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting

　　Research performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities

　　Assemble and overview forecasting reports

　　Operate with key senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization

　　Manage monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required

　　Ideal candidate would have an adaptable nature and experience dealing with vast amounts of information while exceeding expectations

　　Review annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations

　　Oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process by working with Accounting

　　Work closely with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans Requirements - Experience with financial data management processes & systems, e.g. Oracle/Hyperion/SAP Business Objects/SFDC/Tableau- BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience preferred)

　　Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system

　　Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

　　Financial analysis experience desired

　　Microsoft Excel experience

　　Experience with Profit and loss

　　SAP experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Consolidated Financial Statements

　　Strong familiarity with Power BI

　　Adeptness in Analyze Financial Statements

　　Firm understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
