Be the gatekeeper and sounding board on financial risk/opportunities while ensuring strong financial foundations in planning!
Core Responsibilities
Establish and own the underlying financial governance for spend on social sustainability across PPC, ensuring financial trade-offs enable decision-making and aligning spend with strategic priorities.
Collaborate with the Finance inside and outside of PPC Finance, leading a One Global Team approach towards the business. Continuously seek opportunities with central areas on optimizing transactional tasks to ensure focus on the strategic agenda led by PPC.

The Digital & Business Enabling Finance team partners three Executive Leadership team members and their organisations. The team is based in London and Billund.
This role is within the PPC Finance Partnering area of the team. We ensure the spend related to the people agenda is transparent, well governed and are driving strong value outcomes consistent with our LEGO Group strategic priorities. We also play a key global role in driving people related spend and policies that impact the entire LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
A degree is not a prerequisite, but the candidate must be able to demonstrate financial management accounting proficiency.
Relevant experience in working with finance business partnering in combination with strong collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical skills with good proven track record of being able to interpret and utilise financial and data insights
Strong process construction, redesign, and optimisation skills, as well as being able to demonstrate examples of implementation and impact.
There is no relocation offered for this position.
