Description We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing inventory accounting, and providing support to the team. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and analysis to guide strategic decision-making

• Manage inventory usage rates and perform cost accounting tasks

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for regular review with supply chain leadership

• Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and team for financial oversight

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting

• Supervise direct reports and provide assistance as required

• Ensure adequate inventory management and accounting

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed

• Oversee all aspects of inventory management

• Utilize SQL queries for ERP integration, although SQL writing is not required. Requirements • Proven experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FP A) is mandatory

• Proficiency in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis is essential

• Prior experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting is required

• Demonstrable expertise in Cost Accounting is a must

• Ability to manage Adequate Inventory effectively is necessary

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial
