This role will be part of the GS Finance Talent Strategy Workstream to support the operationalization and continuous shaping of the DART (Developing Agile & Ready Talents) Program and other Talent initiatives. The assignment will be for 3-4 months where intern will be immersed in the DART Team and contribute to the transformation of GS Finance with a primary focus on strategizing and the implementation of a robust flex pool of talent as part of the future state GS finance operating model and talent strategies.
Principal Accountabilities
Collaborate internally with GS Finance teams in the execution of the various initiatives related to DART and other Talent strategies
Support facilitation of new hire onboarding, monitor the training and readiness of new joiners for deployment
Help execute Continuous Improvement efforts for DART team as it relates to the new operating model, processes, and technology
Qualifications
Currently enrolled and in good standing, in a reputable program working toward a degree in a business administration field.
Analytical problem-solving skills, project, creative capacity & technical skills
Able to take direction well, set priorities & achieve results
Proven ability to quickly learn & apply complex application
Good written & oral communication skills, & strong interpersonal abilities
Understanding of basic business concepts in assigned area
Communication skills (written, oral & formal presentation
Able to see opportunities for improvement in existing systems & take initiative.
