What you will do:
As a Finance Intern supporting Sales Strategy, you will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making processes for critical sales strategy initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive financial models and collaborating with business unit leaders to refine and iterate, while assessing the sensitivity of various model inputs and external factors. You will use key subscriber metrics to calculate essential profitability measures used by ADT, such as IRR, NPV, and customer lifetime value. You will apply your analytical expertise to assess trends and evaluate trade-offs, identifying opportunities that contribute to ADT's continued success. Finally, you will develop an executive presentation and showcase your work to management, providing crucial insights for our decision-makers.
What you need to be successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another Business-related field. Financial modeling in a professional or academic setting with an understanding of financial valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and complex spreadsheet management. Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate complex information.
What will set you apart:
Understanding of Accounting/GAAP principles including a strong knowledge of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide explanation for variances/trends. Familiarity with subscriber-based businesses. Good at developing and cultivating relationships, building rapport, and driving collaboration across broadly defined business teams.

10 week paid internship beginning May 20, 2024 based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters. $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
