About Finance Business Partner Food & Beverage

  The Manager FP&A will lead the support to a key region of the business unit, providing financial insight to its leaders. This role is responsible for performing the day-to-day planning and performance management processes as well as identifying and supporting strategic plans to leverage opportunities. In addition, this person would help identify and develop scalable reporting solutions and process improvements to increase the efficiency of the organization.

  In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  Provide key financial support to regional leaders by performing variance and trend analysis, including monthly results and forecasts/budgets

  Partner with the business to understand internal and external factors impacting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to grow business performance

  Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including profit planning, sales and direct margin forecasts, expense budgets, working capital and cash flow estimates and sensitivity analysis

  Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities

  Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market

  The essential requirements of the job include:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-8 years of progressive experience with at least one similar role. A combination of progressive accounting and FP&A roles is preferred.

  Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets and understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows

  Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work

  Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Experience and ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel

  The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $130-$140k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
