Chevy Chase Acura proudly holds the title of the #1 New and Certified Acura dealership in Maryland for 2022, maintaining this honor for five consecutive years!   Responsibilities * Handle desking, rate quotes, and completing paperwork to federal, state, and company standards. * Develop and monitor guidelines for working with the customer to ensure top customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process * Assist with overseeing and monitoring the performance and managing internet leads * Coach and train sales staff on new and certified programs.  * Coach and train sales staff to enhance the development of skills and value-building of sales processes * Coach and train the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and VSCs * Coach and train the sales staff to maximize appointment ratio from internet leads. Qualifications * Knowledge or ability to quickly comprehend software for DMS, FI menu, CRM, and management tools * Thoroughly understanding new and pre-owned CPO programs, Knowledge of computer systems and related programs, and being informed of all factory incentives and programs. * Automotive Sales Management (2 yrs. + preferred) & Automotive F&I Management (2 yrs. + preferred) * Understanding of compliance regulation * Ability to understand and utilize incentive programs for Lease, retail, or cash
