Job Description/Summary

　　The HR Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Human Resources Director; assists the administrative team in all Human Resources functions; including but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, employee records, and new hire on-boarding. The HR Administrative Assistant will need to possess moderate understanding of daily office functions, be able to multi-task and manage department logistics. Responsible for answering phones, correspondence, receiving visitors and employees, coordinating special projects, and all other miscellaneous office functions.

Possess the ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities; possess a positive attitude and be a team player; Coordinate multiple projects by multi-tasking and using effective prioritization skills; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work with varying seniority levels to include staff, strong organizational and management skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and two years of administrative experience is required.
