We are searching the best talent for BUF Finance Analyst (Fixed-Term - until Dec/24) to be in Bogotá.
Purpose:
BUF Analyst: Reviews and provides financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidation for LAN.
You will be responsible for:
Performs financial activities using guidelines for budgeting, forecasting and actuals analysis and consolidations, mainly focused on investments as well as any other topics assigned.
Maintains appropriate databases and reports, to monitor, forecast and report investments and opex, acting as an investment service center.
Assists in the preparation of special reports and analyses.
Serves as a finance business partner for assigned therapeutic area.
Develops financial models and analyzes for business cases.
Assists in preparing recommendations for policies, procedures, controls or actions that will drive costs & process improvements.
In charge of maintaining SOPs and DCMs.
Collaborates with GS Finance, FP&A CoE and other functions and stakeholders.
Supports BUF with administrative activities and also like finance liaison with other areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or similar.
Years of Experience: 2 to 3 years of experienced is required.
Knowledge in Accounting or Financial Planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required.
Required skills:
Analytical and numerical skills.
Data management and software skills (advanced excel).
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Hands on.
Attention to detail.
Interested on commercial finance.
Knowkedge of SAP is a plus.
Required languages: Advanced English.
