　　Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

　　Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

　　Handle administrative tasks for the AP/Finance Department

　　Carry out a full-cycle A/P

　　Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis Requirements - Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Solid understanding of account analysis

　　Strong familiarity with account reconciliation

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

　　Account Coding experience preferred

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
