Job description:

Support in development of financial Budgets/forecasts and explain changes with key physicals (Business drivers)

Interface with the Segment/Skill Team/ Regional FPA team to ensure the forecasts are timely submitted and support management reviews

Support Special Studies (viz. business cases, scenario planning, decision support, evidence based analysis and recommendations), as required from time to time

Support standardization and automation of business processes, where applicable

Support and maintain systems used for financial reporting and support upgrade to systems and processes as required by management

Publish regular MIS reports on timely basis

Key Roles Responsibilities:

Work closely with operating and finance teams to develop operating targets, financial forecast and Budgets

Provide counsel / guidance to Operating teams to drive business and improve results

Perform month close accounting activities

Implement new ideas to enhance efficiency and quality

Ensure robust Internal controls and compliance to polices and regulations

Support ad-hoc analysis for special projects / Business cases / Benchmarking etc.

For Deputy Manager and Senior Analyst - Ability to summarise and present key highlights to Senior Leaders that aids in swift decision making

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience with financial analysis and accounting

Preparation of Budgets / Business plans / Forecasts and Book Closure in preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment

Good analytical and communication skills

Results oriented, Pro-active and Team player; Ability to work cross-culturally

For Deputy Manager and Senior Analyst - Experience in handling / leading teams

Digital Skills Required

Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Vlookup, pivot tables and charts), Powerpoint and Word

Basic knowledge in applications such as Alteryx and Qlik Sense

Understanding of Hyperion Essbase and SAP S/4HANA preferable

Experience/Education :

3-8 years of financial analysis . Look forward for 8+ years of experience for Deputy Manager

Full time MBA (Finance) from reputed institutes, Qualified CA /CWA/ ACCA/ CIMA
