Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous File Clerk for our operations based in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves managing our Asset Management system. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the transition of physical media into a digital format and entering them into the system

• Take charge of our new Digital Asset Management system

• Collaborate with team members to manage an archival of older photos and media

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts

• Execute clerical duties such as answering inbound calls and correspondence

• Utilize software like Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time for various tasks

• Prepare charts and graphs as needed

• Demonstrate strong understanding of databases, Office 365, Zoom, and Box.

Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is needed.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is crucial.

• Familiarity with A-Systems is essential.

• Proficiency in Epic Software is required.

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is important.

• Experience with About Time software is preferred.

• Ability to manage answering inbound calls is necessary.

• Experience in creating charts and graphs is beneficial.

• Must have experience in performing clerical duties.
