In this position, you will manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, operate office equipment, and complete general office work, as part of basic clerical tasks. What you get to do every day

Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees

Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed

Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing

Ensure proper document filing as part of quality control

Answering questions about records and files

According to specified guidelines, order high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents

According to specific timelines, retrieve and collect data

Requirements

e-Filing experience desired

Foundational knowledge in Document Scanning

Organizing Files experience

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Knowledge of Word and ExcelAbility to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

Experience handling office equipment

Please apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

Applicants are suggested to hold 1 year of File Clerk experience
