[DESCRIPTION:[The Personal Care Attendant Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising services that do not require delegations and are provided by Personal Care Attendants in compliance with delegation rules (22 TAC RULE 225, RN Delegation To Unlicensed Personnel And Tasks Not Requiring Delegation In Independent Living Environments For Clients With Stable And Predictable Conditions) established by the Texas Board of Nursing). 　　Meets all health and safety requirements deemed necessary for employment including but not limited to a negative Tuberculosis Screening Skin Test/Chest X-Ray.[Skills/Knowledge/Abilities]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

　　Minimum of two (2) years experience in Long Term Care setting preferred.

　　Geriatric and/or Home Health experience required.

　　Minimum of one (1) year experience in supervisory position preferred.

　　Demonstrates clinical competency according to age of the client served.
