　　KPS Global is looking for a Field Service Technician, to join our Construction Services department.

　　Required Skills

　　The Field Service Tech provides technical field service and installation assistance for walk-in coolers and freezers and plays a big part in KPS Global’s ability to offer excellent service to customers.

　　Performing and assisting with installations and service of walk-in coolers and freezers

　　Communicating with customers in the field

　　Complying with customer demands

　　Ensuring a safe working environment

　　Taking field measurements and photos for inside sales to use for quoting projects

　　Promoting products and services in the field

　　Required Experience

　　High School Diploma

　　1 – 3 years of related experience; 2 – 3 years of field experience preferred

　　Working knowledge of laptop, smart phone, small hand and electronic tools

　　Advanced carpentry skills and basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, including some troubleshooting capabilities

　　Ability to professionally communicate with customers and effectively capture, organize

　　Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

　　Must be comfortable standing, climbing, and walking for the majority of the time

　　Must be comfortable walking in air-conditioned and non air-conditioned areas
