Job Summary
As the Director of LP Solutions for Aumni, a JP Morgan company, you will lead the LP product for the Customer Success department and serve as the primary relationship manager for our most strategic institutional limited partner customers. You will be the primary voice of the customer with our internal partners to drive meaningful product development with our LP software that delivers increased value for our clients. You will also be the face of the LP product for Aumni within the private funds industry.
Job Responsibilities:
You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship along the customer journey including implementation, product adoption, usage, renewal, expansion, and advocacy to ensure optimal engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor with clients to build long-term collaborative partnerships
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including Sales, Customer Operations, and Product to drive strategy alignment
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through customer interactions and develop strategies to align with customer's business objectives and an identified customer success plan
Own and manage a renewal pipeline and forecast as well as communicate and manage contract and invoicing efforts
Represent Aumni at industry events
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
5+ years of legal experience in a client-facing, relationship-focused position.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is a plus.
Subject matter expertise and extensive practical experience with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
Proven track record of and passion for building long-term relationships with all stakeholders in the private funds ecosystem
Excellent project and time management skills. Be able to juggle and manage many different clients simultaneously and have the judgment and experience to triage, delegate and prioritize appropriately to drive projects to completion
Effective executive communication skills. Must be able to speak and present in a persuasive and compelling manner to diverse audiences
