　　Key Responsibilities

　　Meet gas recovery and buyback goals

　　Build and maintain client base

　　Partner with the Sales and customer teams to retain and build new customers

　　Oversee Punta Gorda Hub and two satellite locations in Lakeland and Sunrise

　　Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians

　　Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns

　　Have the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries)

　　Utilize Salesforce for customer management

　　Uphold Safety to Zero Harm Standards

　　Qualifications

　　College degree. In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of relevant experience

　　At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

　　Ability to obtain CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement

　　Ability to obtain EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment

　　Work flexible hours

　　Able to lift at least 50 pounds

　　Must be intermediate to advanced in Microsoft suites (including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook)

　　Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
