DescriptionSUMMARY:In this role, you will be a key team member on our New Systems Sales Team and responsible for supporting the execution of our equipment projects on large complex projects and smaller critical project issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create a great customer experience by managing equipment projects, being the voice of Brady in the fieldAttending job site meetingsListening to customers and understanding issues/concernsDirecting customers on helping to resolve issuesIf possible, address issue to avoid a service callCome up with temporary fixes or permanent solutions in collaboration with the customer, Sales Team or Equipment Project ManagerOwn directing the contractor/ Brady PMs/Sales Team/Service TeamUse creative problems-solving skills to help troubleshoot and determine root causes for warranty issues and to help customers find solutions to HVAC and business problems; includes leading problem solving teamsCommunicate technical concepts and troubleshooting instructions via telephone or in writingMaintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of customer expectations and product standardsAssist in coordinating the provision of warranty parts and service labor to resolve issuesMeet and direct Technicians onsite for easy handoff and clear scope of workCreate custom startup logsAttend Customer MDI ( manage for daily improvement) calls to provide input of critical customer issuesReport back to team on job status/findingsAdapt schedule to address critical issues timing ( time management and prioritization)Help Sales and Service with site issuesJob summary emails/Closeouts ( full findings report on job that my require a formal response)Follow up with Customers after job completion for feedbackPromotes company Safety Policies to team members and subcontractorsSome travel to job sites with occasional overnight stays.TEAMWORK:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Five (5) years experience in project management, HVAC service or related preferred.Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of HVAC systemsComputer skills are essential.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and negotiating ability are needed to excel in this positionThe ability to maintain a professional, cooperative temperament with internal and external customers in high stress situations.Highly organize and strongly customer service orientedCOMPUTER SKILLS:MS Office Suite
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver License
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze and interpret service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, customers and staff.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
