This is a multi-skillmaintenance position and requires the ability to work on automatedsystems with related PLCs and HMIs such as Allen Bradley, and Siemens.Technicians will troubleshoot and maintain various robotic equipmentincluding ABB, Motoman, Kuka, and Fanuc. Technicians also troubleshootvarious industrial electronic systems. Job Responsibilities: Follow allplant safety rules and assist in maintaining a safe work environment forall employees as it relates to both production equipment and facilitiesSupport the production operation by providing immediate response to allbreakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and follow all escalationprocesses as defined Troubleshoot and perform all required mechanicalmaintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and perform allrequired electrical maintenance on production equipment, including PLCdiagnosis and repair Work on and perform PMs and repairs on HVACequipment, no handling of refrigerant Perform various tasks includinglubrication, welding, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs asnecessary Ensure machine availability goals are met by participating inand organizing Root Cause Analysis AARs and CI activities to improveequipment up time and reliability Work with engineering and other plantstaff to implement machine and workstation improvements as outlined inthe CI system Work with and cross-train others within the maintenancedepartment to improve group bench strength Assists in training employeesin production roles to perform simple maintenance tasks as associatedwith Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Perform routine PreventiveMaintenance (PM) activities Perform routine Predictive Maintenance (PDM)activities Education Requirements Journey-level card in the IndustrialElectrician or Maintenance Technician...
