They will interface with pre-sales leaders, and offshore delivery leaders to build a successful delivery business in their region.Scope/Level of Decision Making: Manager of managers, responsible for regional subset of field engineering scope and OKRsLocation: Remote, preferred in one of Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Atlanta, Reston, New York metro areasPrimary Responsibilities:Build and lead a team of engineers and architects delivering on infrastructure, data, and other cloud technologies in their regionSet the strategy, hiring, career development plans for the teamInterface with pre-sales leaders, and offshore delivery leaders to build a successful delivery businessManage business health metrics, including utilization, revenue, and profitabilityScope new engagementsSupport ongoing delivery programs with technical escalations, code and architecture reviewsInterface with pre-sales leaders, and offshore delivery leaders to build a successful delivery businessQualifications & SkillsHands-on experience with GCP architectures, system design, technical program leadershipWorking knowledge of the the Google Cloud ecosystem is preferredExperience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles, including stakeholder management at the VP-level or higherStrong analytical skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience leading technical teamsExperience making hiring decisionsExperience scoping services engagementsGCP Certification(s)Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries: public sector, healthcare & life sciences, telecommunicationsBilingual in Spanish or French is preferred, but not requiredEducation: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
