　　Position Description

　　As a Field Engineer on our construction site, you will play a pivotalrole in overseeing and

　　managing various technical aspects of the construction project. You\'llcollaborate closely with

　　project managers, superintendents, architects, contractors, and otherstakeholders to ensure the

　　successful execution of the project. This position demands a stronggrasp of engineering and

　　construction principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, andexceptional organizational skills.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage and Update Project Documents

　　Coordinate Subcontractor Communications

　　Document Management

　　Labor Productivity Oversight

　　Submittal Process Management

　　RFI Management

　　Coordination with MEPF and GC

　　Contract Understanding

　　Vendor and Subcontractor Communication

　　Finance Support

　　Schedule Assistance

　　Change Order Management

　　Subcontract and Material Orders

　　Meeting Minutes

　　Project Close-out

　　Estimating Support

　　Ability to travel 65% of the time for visiting project sites from timeto time as needed to

　　assist in onsite project activities.

　　Qualifications and Experience

　　Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a relatedfield in

　　progress or completed, OR equivalent field experience.

　　Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, andtechnical documents.

　　Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisionsunder pressure.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications (MS Office,etc.).
