Primary Purpose
The Fleet Maintenance Administrator is responsible for working with repair vendors to review and approve repair estimates, prices on tires, and maintenance services for assets in our Fleet Maintenance Program. This role also consults with our internal customers on vehicle maintenance.
Essential Functions
Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal customers and vendors
Contact internal customers to advise on maintenance issues via phone and e-mail
Analyze tire requests to ensure correct application
Evaluate maintenance requests for necessity and to avoid duplicated services
Proactively recommend maintenance services
Communicate billing procedures and requirements to repair facilities
Process maintenance invoices for payment
Previous experience vehicle maintenance experience
Technical knowledge of automotive maintenance
Six months of customer service experience
Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Automotive/truck maintenance experience with technical knowledge of maintenance best practices.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Previous experience in a in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility or dealership preferred.
Curent ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master certification required
