　　We have partnered with a successful organization on their search for a thorough Payroll Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the Payroll Specialist, you will process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely, prepare journal entries, maintain client records, process garnishments/deductions, prepare payroll adjustments, and join in the audit process. This candidate must have knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws, and have the ability to prepare filings for federal and state quarterly and annual payroll reports.

　　· Enter and process payroll data

　　· Cost estimate analysis

　　· Assist with general accounting tasks

　　· Handle incoming payroll call inquiries

　　· Account Reconciliation

　　· Respond to payroll inquiries

　　· Tax Reporting

　　· Statistical Recordkeeping

　　· Correspond with clients on payroll process improvements

　　· Prepare weekly/monthly payroll reports

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Payroll Specialist will have a Bachelors degree preferably.

　　Other requirements for the Payroll Specialist role include and are not limited to:

　　· 5+ years of payroll experience

　　· Working knowledge of annual payroll reporting

　　· Bookkeeping experience preferred

　　· Strong communication skills
