We put people first, work to keep them safe and build trusting relationships.What you'll be working on...Coordinating internal and external resources in the safe and economical completion of assignments and ensure that all facets of the project are performed in accordance with all applicable standards, procedures, codes, and regulations.Overseeing all phases of construction to ensure that it is consistent with and meets the customer's expectations while maintaining a strict budget.Attending pre-construction and operational meetings in order to ensure proper scheduling and timing of jobs as well as communicating expectations to officials and residents.Ensuring that all purchases, receipts and issues are properly processed and documented.Initiating and documenting necessary information to establish electronic and hard copy project folders that include estimates, bids, descriptions, expenditures, and as-builts.Maintaining assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment.Coordinating with the internal Inspectors to ensure that all projects are appropriately monitored.Lay-out, planning, and communication of project assignments with contractors, engineering, and operations personnel.Coordinating and documenting Contractor daily activity to ensure completed tasks meet requirements.Initiating requests and ensures documentation of field adjustments and approvals.Reviewing all project's as-built drawings and material lists, service records, valve cards, and line markers for accuracy and completeness, forwarding submitted information to Engineering for addition to Company's system maps.Reconciling projects to ensure adherence to budget and correct any errors with regards to charges and materials.Reporting on all projects under design and construction to management as requested.Performing other duties as assigned.Who you are...Knowledgeable of Company, State, and Federal safety rules, regulations, and proceduresKnowledgeable of sizing meters and regulatorsFamiliarity with Federal, State, and Municipal regulatory requirements and permitsKnowledgeable of company mapping practices and proceduresExcellent customer contact and communication skillsHigh level of concise and clear communications necessary to establish strong business relationships with customers and outside contractorsBasic principals of natural gas and propane gasValid Drivers LicenseStrong mechanical aptitudeConscientious and safe work ethicNormal level of visual and hearing abilityBasic computer skills and Microsoft Office ApplicationsWhere you'll be working...Primarily outside in construction type settings and office work environmentFrequent daily travelWorking around potentially flammable and hazardous substances in natural gas and propaneDuties require good physical condition due to lifting and the use of various hand and power toolsBenefits/what's in it for you?Flexible work arrangementCompetitive base salaryFantastic opportunities for career growthCooperative, supportive and empowered team atmosphereAnnual bonus and salary increase opportunitiesMonthly recognition eventsEndless wellness initiatives and community eventsRobust and customizable benefit packages-choose what works best with your life.
