B.H. Inc. in Midland, Texas, is looking to hire a full-time Field Construction Coordinator to support Electrical Project Managers on projects throughout the country. This position requires travel. 　　As a Field Construction Coordinator you will help with some of the following duties and more:

　　Analyze and report on field construction issues.

　　Prepare, review and distribute RFI's, PCO's and ACO's and keep updated document controls.

　　Ensure all job files are accurate and complete.

　　Maintain, report on, and update project schedule with PM, CM and PFS input.

　　Maintain thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts.

　　Issue purchase orders.

　　Manage project closeout and obtain all warranties required for final acceptance.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Construction management degree or experience as a field coordinator preferred but not required.

　　Electrical Experience preferred
