　　Office and field work associated with the appraisal of residential, rural, commercial and agricultural properties, including sales analysis.Duties also include data collection, inspection, analysis, and application of appropriate valuation approaches and techniques.Assisting with taxpayer inquiries, prepare data and represent the District in the informal and formal protest hearing process.[Requirements:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

　　Must have good public relation skills and capacity to work with office staff and public.Must have reliable transportation, and a valid Texas drivers license, proof of liability insurance and a verifiable, acceptable driving record.Must be a high school graduateMust have experience with the use of a personal computer and the Windows operating system.Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and to perform mathematical tasks associated with appraisals.Must have the ability to work effectively with others and the public.Must have sufficient mobility to visit properties that may feature rough terrain and to work outdoors in unfavorable weather conditions.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time with ability to reach, bend and move up/down steps. Must be able to lift 50-pound file boxes.
