  From deep-ditch excavation, hand-digs, aerial construction to technicalservices including

  fiber and copper splicing, Pauley will get the job done right whileguaranteeing on-time

  delivery.

  Overview:

  This role must competently read blueprints / design prints and must befamiliar with

  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Bluebeam), and with email usage.Establishes fiber networks

  by running, terminating, and splicing fiber cables; installingtelecommunications

  equipment, splitters, switches, multiplexors, cable trays, and rackedsystems. Complete,

  assist, accomplish, and oversee quality control to ensure all workquality related to each

  project. Will assume full responsibility for job standards andtimeliness. Must have the

  ability to train new hires and trainees. Leads by example and directs,motivates and assists

  employees to accurately complete all projects assigned. This positionalso includes work

  direction, coordination and oversight (interim) when asked to fill infor your supervisor.

  This position must possess excellent customer service skills, be willingto face issues in a

  positive manner, troubleshoot remotely and resolve day to day conflictsas they

  arise. Professional reporting, time sheets, billing and material slipsexperience are

  required for this position. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.This individual

  must assume personal responsibility for the overall safety, job sites,customer, OSHA, DOT,

  and company policy and procedures.

  Responsibilities:

  ? Performs proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment andmaterials.

  ? Plans, maps, and organizes tasks in order to meet deadlines, meetingor exceeding

  estimated labor production units and related costs.

  ? General oversight over work direction within a crew or a group ofsub-contractors.

  ? Assisting in securing site; employees and safety.

  ? General maintenance.

  ? Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownershipfor

  accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities toadd value

  to job accomplishments.

  ? Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; andidentifying,

  correcting, or escalating problems.

  ? Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables andrecording

  configuration diagrams and specifications.

  ? Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testingnetwork back-

  up procedures, and updating documentation.

  ? This position specifically requires extended periods of bending,squatting, climbing,

  kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions,standing, twisting,

  reachi ng above shoulder level, working in confined spaces, working off apole or in a

  bucket.

  ? Will be driving, pulling, towing and reversing with DOT equipment,trailers and

  trucks as needed to complete work.

  ? Will be maintaining compliance with proper safety standards,procedures, and work

  practices and must have the ability to identify and distinguish colors.

  ? Assists with as-builds and ensures attention to detail and highquality work.

  ? May assist supervisor in administrative tasks relating to hiring andinterviewing

  employees.

  ? Perform other duties as required and/or assigned by supervisor.
