Our growing company is in search for new talent for the role of Feed Production Technician: This position performs basic feed production tasks and assists advanced production technicians including help produce custom nutritional feed products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Select and weigh hand add ingredients to match the mixing schedule. Assist with finished feed load outs. Assist in the operation of the bagging machine. Housekeeping. Assist with routine machine maintenance, inspections and repairs. Alert supervisor of abnormal equipment operation (unusual noises, odors, or heat emissions). Assist Maintenance Technician when required. Assist at bulk feed ingredient receiving pit or grain dump pit when required. Operate control panel and feed load out. Monitor micro bin system and tote rack inventory on a keep full basis. Train on control panel, pellet machine, and feed load out. Complete all reports as required by Supervisor. Comply with FDA s Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP standards, and New Vision policies and procedures.
