The primary responsibilities of the Federal Water Market Sector Director are divided into three areas:Market leadership and business development (+/- 65%)Staff development (10%)Support to Operations (15%)Billable Utilization (10%)This position will be funded under the Water Business Group overhead budget, driving BG support to continue the growth of Federal Water in key Area water programs across all HDR.Federal Water Market Sector Directorwillserve as overall lead setting the vision and direction for our WBG strategy to expand and provide the full spectrum of Water Sector services to Federal clients in the associated market sector. The Market Sector Director will facilitate the development and implementation of business strategies across the firm in coordination with Business Group leadership, operational leadership, Federal client managers and business class directors. Reporting to the Water Business Group Director of Market Sector Development, the Federal Water Market Sector Director creates and monitors frequent and regular communication across the firm to implement the strategic and operating plans for the market sector. A key to overall success of the MSD is their collaboration with both WBG and FBG Regional Business Group Directors, client managers, business class leaders, other Federal business group leadership and area managers to facilitate and monitor NFB results and improve our client service while achieving our internal program performance goals.
