　　Accounts Payable Specialist - Manufacturing company

　　Direct-Hire/Permanent position

　　Robert Half has partnered with a global manufacturing business in their search of an Accounts Payable Specialist , reporting to the Controller. The Accounts Payable Specialist will have an emphasis on accounts payable, expense reports processing, and processing vendor invoices.

　　Desired Background:

　　AS/BS Degree preferred

　　2-3+ years of high-volume and three-way matching AP experience

　　Prior large company experience is prefered

　　ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

　　Along with a salary in the $50-60k range, our client offers a very strong health insurance, retirement, and paid time off package. Hybrid model once fully up and running and trained - up to 2 days per week from home during non month-end close weeks

　　Requirements - SAP experience

　　Process Vendor Invoices experience

　　Expense reports experience required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Experience with Concur

　　Ability to multitask effectively

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

　　Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

　　2+ years of accounting experience required

　　Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
